Casale Rosa Sud is located entirely on the ground floor of Casa Rosa and is the largest of the three farmhouses on the estate. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it perfect for group holidays, family gatherings or shared stays with friends.
Set within the natural surroundings of Tenuta Le Marze, the farmhouse is surrounded by the pine forest and features fully equipped outdoor terrace, with barbecue and outdoor shower: the heart of the holiday, where guests can gather after a day at the beach or enjoy long evenings outdoors.

Services and facilities of the estate
All accommodations at Tenuta Le Marze are completely renovated, independent and immersed in the pine forest, just a few steps from the sea. Each space is designed to provide privacy, comfort and freedom, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family or with friends.
The estate is fully fenced, nestled in the Tombolo Pine Forest, with direct access to the nearby free beach.

Beach and seaside facilities
The beach in front (about 50 meters) is free, wide and uncrowded, also ideal for those who windsurf, kitesurf or SUP.
For each accommodation, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are always included. Additional equipment is available upon request and for a fee, especially in high season.
Umbrellas and sunbeds, all in the first row on the sea and well spaced out, are set up and rearranged daily by our staff to ensure order, cleanliness and comfort while respecting the nature of the free beach.

There is no extra charge. We ask only for care and respect for the indoor and outdoor environments to preserve the decorum of the estate and the well-being of all guests.

Parties, events and hen/stag parties are not permitted.
