Bilocale Tartaruga was created as part of the recent renovation of the estate’s historic colonial villa, now divided into several apartments within the ongoing redevelopment project of Tenuta Le Marze.
It is the apartment with the largest terrace available: a spacious, fully furnished outdoor area, ideal for al fresco breakfasts, long lunches, afternoon reading or relaxed dinners under the Maremma sky.
It is also the apartment closest to the sea and one of the most private within the estate, thanks to its secluded position that avoids any passage of other guests.
The view opens onto the pine forest, while the sea is just about 50 metres away, easily reachable on foot. Depending on the wind, the sea breeze naturally cools the space, making the terrace one of the apartment’s true highlights.

All accommodations at Tenuta Le Marze are completely renovated, independent and immersed in the pine forest, just a few steps from the sea. Each space is designed to provide privacy, comfort and freedom, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family or with friends.
The estate is fully fenced, nestled in the Tombolo Pine Forest, with direct access to the nearby free beach.

Beach and seaside facilities
The beach in front (about 50 meters) is free, wide and uncrowded, also ideal for those who windsurf, kitesurf or SUP.
For each accommodation, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are always included. Additional equipment is available upon request and for a fee, especially in high season.
Umbrellas and sunbeds, all in the first row on the sea and well spaced out, are set up and rearranged daily by our staff to ensure order, cleanliness and comfort while respecting the nature of the free beach.
