Thanks to its north-facing orientation, towards the inland, it is the most temperate of the three farmhouses: always shaded and naturally cooler, even during the hottest periods.
The farmhouse is entirely set on the ground floor, making it practical and comfortable for everyone, from children to adults.
Outdoor areas, with a furnished terrace and barbecue, invite guests to enjoy life outside: relaxed lunches, convivial dinners and quiet moments immersed in the natural landscape of the Maremma, just near the sea along the Grosseto coast.

All accommodations at Tenuta Le Marze are completely renovated, independent and immersed in the pine forest, just a few steps from the sea. Each space is designed to provide privacy, comfort and freedom, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family or with friends.
The estate is fully fenced, nestled in the Tombolo Pine Forest, with direct access to the nearby free beach.

Beach and seaside facilities
The beach in front (about 50 meters) is free, wide and uncrowded, also ideal for those who windsurf, kitesurf or SUP.
For each accommodation, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are always included. Additional equipment is available upon request and for a fee, especially in high season.
Umbrellas and sunbeds, all in the first row on the sea and well spaced out, are set up and rearranged daily by our staff to ensure order, cleanliness and comfort while respecting the nature of the free beach.

There is no extra charge. We ask only for care and respect for the indoor and outdoor environments to preserve the decorum of the estate and the well-being of all guests.

Parties, events and hen/stag parties are not permitted.
